Privacy policy

Happy Homes Texas LLC ("Happy Homes") collects only what it needs to host you well: the name, email, phone number, and message you send through our forms, and the booking details you share with the platform you book on.

We use that information to answer your inquiry, prepare your stay, send check-in instructions, and follow up about your experience. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the booking platforms and payment processors involved in your reservation.

Our staff portal records work activity for our own team members, including clock-in and clock-out times and, with the team member's permission, the device location at those moments, so that cleaning and maintenance visits can be verified. That data is used for scheduling, payroll, and quality control and is kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

This site uses privacy-respecting embeds where possible (for example, YouTube's no-cookie player) and does not run advertising trackers.
