This website is operated by Happy Homes Texas LLC. Browsing it is free. Reservations are made through our direct booking site or partner platforms, and each reservation is governed by the house rules, cancellation policy, and payment terms shown at booking.

Property descriptions, photos, and rates are kept accurate to the best of our ability and may change. Photos show the home as prepared for guests; furnishings are updated from time to time.

Guests agree to respect maximum occupancy, quiet hours, pet policies, and no-party rules for each home. Smoking is not permitted inside any Happy Home.

The staff portal is for Happy Homes team members only. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time.
